Dooku wins, it just depends on how long it takes for Kenobi to give him an opening honestly.

Dooku wins the majority thanks to style and knowledge advantage. If Obi-Wan opts to using Soresu he'll stone wall Dooku but Dooku's not a pressure fighter, he's a fencer, so it'll just be one long ass fight and Obi-Wan will get fed up and opt to using Ataru, and Dooku will just pick apart Kenobi's acrobatics and end him.
