Dooku in all. Round 2 is where Dooku one shots.

Kenobi only wins in R4. Kenobi is at his best when he's fighting for the literal fate of the galaxy. But even then, it'd be a taxing fight for him, imo.

Dooku sweeps.
Ultimate Star Wars states that Kenobi "caught Maul off guard" by feigning Qui-Gon's fighting style. Additionally, Kenobi had mentally/spiritually evolved as a character by that point, while Maul was fully consumed by his anger/revenge-lust(which is why he took Kenobi's bait in the first place.) I don't see Dooku having the same disadvantages.

Not to mention there's at least 3 Canon quotes explicitly stating that Kenobi atrophied and declined during his exile.

Ben pretty solidly based on overall scaling and feats.

Rebels Kenobi might actually be sub-TPM Kenobi too.

Based on Dave's comments and the assumption that Rebels Maul is close to peak Maul and the notion that Vader>Yoda as a combatant, Ben wins quite easily.

1. Dooku.
2. Kenobi
3. Kenobi
4. Kenobi
I'm not really an Obi Wan Kenobi fan; but if you go by the original trilogy, Yoda states the Dark Side is not more powerful, but it's quicker and easier to get more powerful in the short term. The Light Side doesn't focus on combat applications of the Force near as much as the Dark Side does, and yet 4 of the most powerful Force Users of the Prequels are Jedi: Yoda, Mace, Obi Wan, and Anakin.
Post ROTS, Kenobi spends 20 years meditating, focusing his will, gaining insight and understanding. He learns how to manifest as a Force Ghost. That's kind of a big deal.
Kenobi was in his late 50s, early 60s when he died. Dooku was near 80.
The infamous George Lucas quote on the TPM documentary where he states "We've only seen old men and crippled half droids fighting" is misinterpreted and misused.
In a New Hope George Lucas thought lightsabers were heavy and had to be wielded two handed. Limited technology played a part in George Lucas' earlier vision and later explanations of Vader and Obi Wan.
Lucas' is also notorious for making contradictory statements and evolving his stance. Using that statement as a primary source to lowball Obi Wan and Vader is illogical based on everything else we know about the franchise.
Obi Wan is considered one of the greatest Jedi who ever lived. His individual stats aren't the most impressive (They're still very impressive), but his overall abilities are masterful.
This is still a Jedi who defeated Darth Maul and Darth Vader two of the most powerful Force Users ever. Granted, specific story circumstances and situations were in play, but Obi Wan is no joke. He survived the Clone Wars, Order 66, and learned to manifest as a Force Ghost.
Compared to Dooku, Obi Wan seems to have continued his growth. After initially accepting the Dark Side, Dooku gets a power boost, but I think he was sort of stagnating by the time of ROTS.
Keep in mind, Darth Sidious actually preferred Maul and Vader to Dooku because of their power and abilities. Dooku was one of the greatest Jedi ever in the Order, and later a very powerful Sith, but he was always meant to be an expendable pawn who was planned to be discarded by Sidious.
On the Death Star Darth Vader says Obi Wan's powers were weak. I don't hold that against Kenobi. I believe the explanation for that is:
1. Trash talk by Vader. He was always in competition with his old master.
2. A reflection on how much more powerful Vader has actually become in the Force.
Obi Wan always finds a way to win during the Prequel era and the Clone Wars, I have a hard time believing an Obi Wan Kenobi with 18 additional years of mastery and mediation can't take Dooku.
It you just look at a stat sheet, Kenobi seems lacking. But the guy always gets the job done at the end of the day. That's really a reflection of how much of a legendary hero Kenobi is meant to be in the mythos.
