Dooku still has the style advantage. Kenobi can stonewall him but can't respond in kind with Ataru or Shi-Cho. If Dooku gets tired he can just replenish his reserves while Kenobi is busy maintaining his defensive wall; he even did that in the novel.
Realistically, even assuming Dooku can't beat him with the Force, this is the closest thing to a true impasse. Kenobi can't make any progress with Shii-Cho or Ataru; it would more likely lead to his loss if he attempted to, and turtling just ensures Dooku won't penetrate his defense. They can't do anything to each other if both play to their strengths in pure sabers. Otherwise, Dooku is more likely to win if Kenobi commits to offense.

Yeah can we get some reasons for why Kenobi beats Dooku? Right now I think Dooku takes it.

Lighting or Force Choke into > Finishing move.
He can do while Kenobi is occupied with parrying his blade.
And he has done this under much much worse circumstances.

Dooku force chokes him like he did on the IH.

Your entire premise is that the Count can just keep replenishing his reserves and that in of itself this makes for an impasse between them for an indefinite period
The fact is that the premise itself is not true. Given that, yeah, Kenobi beats him for the majority.

Except Kenobi has shown no capability of being able to resist Dooku's force abuse. Dooku does it to him constantly, not just during the IH fight.

The main issue is that Kenobi doesn't have a viable win scenario. He can't really pressure Dooku with his usual means of Ataru and Shii-Cho, as both are horrible in general against Dooku's Makashi and Kenobi isn't proficient in either to the same extent as he in Soresu or Dooku in Makashi.
He can stonewall Dooku's Makashi all day but the without a means to counterattack nothing is going to prevent Dooku from opening a channel to the Force to both replenish his reserves and send Kenobi flying.
Now you could argue Soresu isn't all defense and Kenobi could still counterattack, but the problem is that Kenobi hasn't proven he can give Dooku trouble with his Soresu counterattacks, only that Dooku has no chance in hell of piercing his defense. Defending and counterattacking are two completly different skills. Dooku isn't like Grievous or Set Harth who will keep attacking in vain when it's it isn't breaking through. Once he sees he isn't getting anywhere he'll just do what he did in the novel and open a channel to the Force, replenish his strength and Force blast Kenobi. Now, of course, it's possible, even likely Kenobi learned from his last encounter and will be ready to counter the blast this time, but all that does is ensure a stalemate.
They simply can't do anything to each other if they play it smart. In-universe both would probably agree to a ceasefire since they aren't breaching the other's defense.
