ESB Luke vs S7 Ahsoka

But now you're trying to guess-timate how much Vader and Maul were holding back to try and draw a conclusion that ESB Luke > Ahsoka. I can't get behind that kind of unquantifiable ABC logic.

As mentioned, Vader was explicitly stated to be more powerful/skilled than Luke, and he was also not trying to kill his would-be apprentice.

So again: because Vader was clearly holding back against Luke(and ultimately defeated him "easily" when he felt like it was time to get serious), I still don't see how that fight automatically scales Luke above Ahsoka? I'm certainly not opposed to the idea, but I have yet to see anything that definitively substantiates it.
