Grievous trips into one of them and dies, and then they dogpile Dooku

Dooku can beat either but Grievous loses to either (might beat Luke but unlikely). Depends if Dooku can beat Luke or Ahsoka before Grievous inevitably runs off again.

Team 1 gets rag dolled continuously.

Team 2 win comfortably. Luke beats Dooku high diff. Ahsoka beats Grievous mid diff

Dooku would crush them. He doesn't need Grievous.

Team 2 but not in a stomp. Dooku versus Luke would be a good match but ultimately goes in Luke's favor while Ahsoka will win against Grievous, especially considering how she will abuse her Force advantage.

As long as Luke knows to block FL with his saber, he'll beat Dooku. RotJ Luke = Vader > Dooku.

And Rebels Ahsoka obviously pummels the christ out of Grievous.
