That isn't enough evidence to suggest Kota would be stomped by TPM Kenobi. 
Kenobi only did well after Qui Gon died, which gave him a significant boost/amp. Before then, he was getting his ass thrown around by Maul

What feats did Rahm actually have other than being bodied by pre light side Starkiller? Tho I do think he wins via loosely scaling to Starkiller who bodied Shaak Ti while he was at a disadvantage.

Kota took a moon sized station off It's hinges then had a comparable duel with early book sk.

Kota knew Mace windu and was his best bud, Kota mastered Form 7 and led his militia with distinction.
