Shaak ti vs Rahm Kota

I wanted to open discussion on these two low tiers, was hoping you guys could shed light on this.

Vader considered kota a warmup for SK in preparation for facing shaak ti, who he called a true jedi master. Implying Kota wasn't on the level of a true jedi master. so Shaak Ti>Kota

Anyway, this matchup is already decided in-universe. Shaak Ti is labeled "far more formidable" to either and the clear intention of TFU is that Kota and Paratus aren't as strong as Ti. Vader says: "You have defeated an old man and an outcast. Now you will face a true Jedi Master".

Or at least he said something along those lines. Can't be bothered getting the exact quote right now.

Vader's praise is based on nothing but rank and the Insider "formidable" quote refers directly to Ti during her scene with Marek. I.e. with the Felucia amp.

Spoiler alert: Kota was a Jedi Master as well. He clearly emphasises Ti is a "true" Jedi Master indicating he believes her to be a better example of a Jedi Master than Kota or Paratus, which given that this statement was under the context of Marek going to fight Ti it indicates she is more powerful than either.

The source doesn't once mention the nexus, and instead makes note of her personal strength by saying that Ti is one of the most powerful Jedi. I don't believe the intention of the writer was that Ti is only more powerful than Kota with a circumstantial amp and that on neutral ground they are equal, especially since it's a secondary source and they normally don't add anything, and instead base whatever they are saying on the primary source material, which in this case the source is probably drawing its conclusion that Ti is >> Kota from Vader's comments.

Actually I don't want to say that Ti was amped, if anything she was holding back the currents of the darkside. But the formidable quote could be feferring to the fact that according to proxy "she has an entire planet at her command" which by nature means she is more formidable than Kota. What is more deadly, a planet of the most dangerous creatures in the galaxy some with force resistance like the vong rancors and a jedi council master or a smol militia and a jedi boi
