Mace wouldn't be at office levels since He's drawing off an inferior power source in Maul. But if we assume he's operating at office levels, then I don't see how two sub dooku opponents are winning here

Windu doesn't need to operate in office level to pull of a victory against these two.

Vaapad isn't going to be worth much against Obi-Wan so his darkness looping will be capped at either his own or Maul's level. I don't think Mace losing is impossible.
