R1: Mace handily. He's much more skilled, more disciplined, and more powerful.
R2: Mace in a good fight. He's more powerful - albeit not by much - and much more skilled.

I'm one of the people who doesn't view there as being much, if any, real difference between Office Mace and BoROTS Mace.

Office Mace and BOROTS Mace are the same. Mace was bordering on the edge so a confrontation with any of the big ROTS titans (Grievous, Dooku and even KFV) would have lead to Mace having a nigh-identical performance level to that of Office Windu.

Round 2: It could go either way. Vaylin has more raw power but Mace has better mastery. If Mace can break her barrier, he wins. Otherwise, Vaylin wins.
