If this is Luke in the same state as the end of DE, he *probably* wins both. While Shimrra is certainly extremely potent, he was attacking a cornered TUF Luke that Jacen noted was beginning to lose power from fatigue (and which a single slayer could have potentially killed him but backed off to let Shimrra do it) before Luke drawed deeply on the Force to kill a slayer with electric judgment.

Or maybe not, since Luke would not yet have familiarity fighting non-Force visible Vong. So in that case I could see Shimrra winning, but if you even that out then I'd lean Luke.
