Dooku vs. Mustafar Vader

Vader's hinderance doesn't become much of a factor when he is up against an oponent he out right hates. That as well as the obvious stylistic advantage he has over Dooku.
Vader still crushes him.

Dooku gets humiliated by Anakin's sheer offensive firepower.

So in this scenario, Vader has come to love Dooku as a brother, and also low key thinks that Padme has been secretly banging him over the years?  If so, is the presence of this longstanding relationship also affecting Dooku's mindset accordingly, or are we to assume Vader just hallucinated it all as part of his dark side LSD trip?  

Well, the outcome is probably the same either way.
