I don't think Dooku's psychological warfare will work on this version of Anakin. It only really worked on IH Anakin because he was consciously trying to keep himself in check, Vader, on the other hand, thinks he's invincible. And regardless of the hindered argument, Mustafar Vader is confirmed to be more powerful than KF Vader, He wrecks.

If Vader is hindered to the degree he was when he fought Kenobi , he loses. Unhindered MFV would roflstomp though

Mustafar Vader is even more aggressive and relentless than peak IH Anakin. Dooku crumbles even quicker and doesn't get any offense in.

Even as someone who argues that this version of Anakin is hindered he still wins. Eventually.

This version of Anakin is a tier 9 to Dooku's tier 8. In conventional combat he wins, Dooku's only shot is Dun Moch.
