Bane has better lightning feats but Dooku has better lifting feats. Dooku overall is probably a better duelist but Bane might win in that department if he has orbalisks. I also don't think Dooku or Maul have ever cracked bones or ruptured internal organs with a simple Force push like PoD Bane did on Russan to a mercenaries spine under blaster resistant armor - he was amped by Russan's neutral nexus from the Thought Bomb aftermath but his exhausted hindered DoE Bane counterpart is demonstrably more powerful anyways - on Russan he killed three mercenaries with lightning but not instantly - in his home he killed three instantly before they had a chance to scream and that was when he was both "too exhausted to do battle with Zannah" and hindered by The Huntress's Force suppression - at full capacity it was stated he would incinerated them.

Overall not sure. If Dooku had been written in TOR he probably would exceed Bane outright in feats, but as it stands Bane has a chance.
