While Dooku knows some exoteric abilities such as döppelganger, drain resist etc, Bane hoarded almost all knowledge of dark side techniques and combined with his expertise in rituals which is something Dooku lacks, puts him above Dooku in my opinion.

u are right on both accounts, but dooku studied banes holocron and also mastered pretty much everything the jedi order had to offer. that has to be at least as much as what bane knows, if not more, since he also studied other sith holocrons as well
