Dooku and Asajj Ventress vs Bane and Zannah

Standard rules means all are at their peak (DOE Bane and Zannah, RoTS Dooku and Ventress towards the end of the war)

Decent fight, Bane is the MVP. Asajj is the small weak link.

Zannah could lowkey break Ventress' mind, and possibly do a number on Dooku's as well. Although I don't think she'd be too effective in a duel against either.

Dooku is better than Bane, and I'm sure Ventress would at least perform admirably against him.

Either way, Ventress is a weak link. Dooku should overwhelm Bane or Zannah though.

Dooku is better than both, but he needs a better partner. Team 2 wins

Bane is nowhere near as strong as Anakin and Zannah while close to Kenobi still isn't as good. Not to mention Dooku in that fight performed rather well given the circumstances, managing to knock Kenobi out of the fight with TK twice finishing him for good the second time. And in this fight, he has a partner to back him up so overall I don't see the point in your comparison.

Ventress has taken better duos pre-prime.

I agree that Ventress performed well against better duos but those didn't use Sith Sorcery and Dark Side techniques in the battle. Otherwise Ventress is superior to both in sabers.

style can only carry you so far ...
anakin was "the" master of djem so with his rage amp .
obi wan was "the" master of soresu ...
bane and zannah are not even close to be the best in those styles .

Bane keeps them occupied with his lightning while Zannah zaps them with her sorcery. Even giving them the benefit of the doubt they can willpower their way through the spell, it will still take precious seconds, seconds enough for Bane to finish off both of them while they are down.

Usually I would say Zannah throws herself into a wall. But I doubt she’d even get the chance against these two

Dooku and Ventress win, but it's a relatively good fight.

That "innate barrier" quote only applies to basic telepathy, it doesn't address the far more complex and difficult to defend against sorcery, which isn't even telepathy in a basic sense. Telepathy doesn't require a spell, Sorcery isn't the same thing. 

So Leia managed to keep Luke from peaking into her subconscious. Big whoop. She protected herself from the most basic form of telepathy. Not even remotely similar to weaponized sorcery created by the dark side energies comparable to sith lightning which can shred even active Force defenses.

They should win then (inb4 Ventress stomped Fisto comments).

I am still waiting for an actual arguement why Dooku and Ventress should win. Dooku is obviously superior to both by a significant margin but what makes people think Dooku can defend himself from Zannah's spells and could Ventress contend with either of the combatants, who possess great knowledge and mastery of Force techniques?
