Meh, I’d say they’d split or Revan takes 6/10 because versatility.

@Azronger Neat find, thanks.
OT: After Onslaught and the Outlander's logical continued growth, I'm even more convinced he takes this for a majority. Not only is he more powerful and more skilled, but he also has the benefit of comparable experience and more esoteric training. Revan's power and versatility with his Force abilities definitely makes him work hard for it, but the Outlander should definitely take it.

KOTFE chapter 16 = Considerably sub-Arcann.
KOTET chapter 3 = Went toe to toe with chained Vaylin, who'd grown more powerful than her KOTFE self.
KOTET chapter 8 = Tanks a Force wave from her and is only knocked back a bit. Though confirmed to be weaker, it's obviously not by a massive margin since she failed to replicate it despite growing desperate.
KOTET chapter 9 = Defeats her when she's controlled by Valkorion (a guy with virtually unparalleled Force mastery at the time).
No reason to think he peaked at chapter 9 since he's continued to grow throughout his appearances in the series.

You just mapped out the Outlander's growth with Valk steadily increasing his potential and accelerating his growth via MM. Outlander post KotET no longer has this, therefore we shouldn't assume his growth rate is the same. So again, please quantify the Outlander's growth post KotET

Prove that Valk was actively doing this throughout the series instead of setting this in motion and having no further influence. I have about two quotes from Valk himself confirming this wasn't the case.
Also, your own argument works against you. Valk wanted a vessel capable of containing his full power, so either A) you have the Outlander's potential ~ Valkorion, B) the Outlander was capable of continuing to grow, or C) the Outlander had already reached a power level sufficient enough to contain the full power of a being of Valkorion's level.

How about Outlander getting put into a coma from channeling a fraction of Valk's power in KotFE. Later on at the end of KotET, the Outlander's body is capable of containing Valk+Vaylin+Arcann. This would not have been possible had his body's potential not been increased.

No, it shows that he became more powerful, allowing him to harness more energy and thus a greater level of power. We've seen this before. Also, the "containing Valk+Vaylin+Arcann" argument is honestly pointless, since that was on a mental level, which clearly operates differently and allows them to tap into their power without being hindered by their physical bodies. If you need proof of that, the Outlander was only put into a coma when Valk pushed the Outlander's body to the breaking point by pouring as much energy as he could through their body, which couldn't be channelled effectively since, you know, KOTFE Outlander <<< spirit Valkorion and it probably did as much damage to the Outlander as it did to anything else, since Valk then kept them alive. He was perfectly fine every other time the two communicated or Valk used his body.

Honestly, I think it would be a nice refreshing view to have the former Emperor's Wrath be The Outlander. I mean how many times have we have had the same old
"A famous Jedi Knight has done this, this and this, saved the galaxy, blah, blah, blah."
Too many to really count.
It would be an interesting curveball and also something unique for BW to have the Outlander be a reformed Emperor's Wrath. I dunno....just to shake things up from the norm. Because unlike the Jedi Knight, the Sith Warrior has a much more personal history with the Emperor being his Wrath.
That is if they ever confirm just who the Outlander is officially. Which I guess will happen when the game finally closes. Gonna be sad then...

@BoD (back from 8th) Valkorion also outright calls the Outlander a Jedi in this trailer:

Why does that trailer make KOTFE look so much better than it actually was?

Re: SoR Revan vs KotET Outlander

Valkorion was molding the Outlander's body so that it would be capable of fully channeling his power. Valk stating the Outlander's body was ready logically means his body is now capable of channeling Valk's full potency. And since Valk consumed Vaylin's essence and potentially Arcann's(DS path), that also means his body would be capable of channeling the collective power of all 3 individuals.
