Kenobi countered flames through Tutaminis before iirc. However I don't remember about Remulus enough to decide the winner.

Kenobi compares favorably enough to Jinn( by proxy, Maul, though to a slightly lesser extent) that props his sheer connection to the force to a pretty high degree( he doesn't have the mastery of his Master or the training of Maul, nowhere even remotely close, nor does he have their technical skill so the only way he can compensate is through his connection to the force) and has more than his share of generic "one of the best" statements to place him as among the cream of the crop even then, in TPM. He also has the raw feats to cause envy for almost any Jedi/Sith( taking on an army of giant 20 m winged reptiles as a 12 year old basically) considering the age and status in the order.
In a conventional duel, I don't see why Dreypa should beat him. Kenobi has been placed very high in the Jedi hierarchy in history and I have seen nothing from Dreypa as a combatant that can classify him as powerful enough to beat Kenobi other than the traditional disbelief that Kenobi should be that great because he is just a padawan
Force wise, it is more interesting. Of course you could try to scale Kenobi from the barracks feat by Maul, assuming ILS's argument on 17 year old Maul being more than capable of performing that feat is legit, but then we enter into a very sketchy realm, not to mention, Kenobi would never release that much power in battle because of Jedi morals
You then have the doubt if he is capable of countering pyrokinesis or any other esoteric ability that Drepya can bring to the table. As to that, I am leaning towards no. While we know that Qui Gon taught pretty esoteric force powers to Kenobi it is also clear that Kenobi is nowhere remotely close to Jinn in terms of mastery, and I imagine Dreypa as being in that ballpark. I can't see Kenobi countering tangible Sith sorcery, not at this stage.
As to his pyrokinesis the answer is more clear to be honest. Kenobi has literally tanked laser salvos from the "most powerful" TF ships and has no physical damage by that. The salvos being powerful enough to destroy buildings and bridges. While Dreypa is capable of burning down an indeterminate number of huts in a village, it is called into question if he can do that to city-like building( since even a single building is probably stronger than many huts) and even more so, if he can concentrate that much power into the physical area of a human. All this happens if Kenobi does not manage to put on a force barrier( he just tanked the attack) so it is even more suspect if he could do that if Kenobi could put on a force barrier
Interesting fight for sure. Even I am finding it hard to believe that Kenobi could legitimately win this early on in his career but I haven't really seen anything in the form of concrete placement or hype for Dreypa that enables him to win this for certain. Open to being convinced but this could go either way
