Shredding the B-team lock
I’ll start off by precountering an argument that seems to be brought up every single time Ti’s combative ability is a talking point. The B-teams supposed superiority to Ti. Common statements for the team are things such as them being “the best of the order”, “the finest warriors of the order”, Windu’s toughest Jedi, three of his strongest comrades, a team of his finest Jedi warriors, four of the best.
These last 3 establishes that the group is “of the best”, “of the strongest”, and “of the finest”, and as such among the best, not necessarily the best. And being among the best of an order off 20.000 is not all that impressive, considering that being in the 1% would make you among the best, which would put you in the top 200, not impressive for council members who are repeatedly shown and stated as being among the best.
Members of the Jedi Council even represent “the best of the order” which is exactly what the B-team is called. Ti being a member of the council would therefore also make her a part of this category of “the best of the order”. You could argue that the statement for the council would just include a larger group, and that the statements for the B-team are a group that just consists of those four. However, the whole B-team gets completely speedblitzed by Palps, when Yoda and Mace is able to fight him one-on-one, when Anakin is stated many times to be the very best, when Plo “would prove a challenge for any Jedi”
Which by necesity would include the Yoda who outfenced Palps
So, the statements for the B-team does not actually mean that they are the best, but just among them, removing the limiter for Ti. For whatever reason a lot of people have arbitrarilly decided that they somehow do apply to Ti, just because she is on planet with them, but I don’t see any qoutes substantiating such a position
Fisto’s inferiority to s1 Grievous, Adi Gallia, Asajj Ventress, Durge, padawan Anakin and s5 Ahsoka
Though you won’t see the relevancy for establishing the inferiority of Fisto to all of these characters initially, it will be made clear later on the post. First of Durge
Durge initially outskills Fisto, blocking his strike and slicing his stomach, then Fisto is able to cut one of Durge’s arms off, then Durge proceeds to punch Fisto and burn him. Though Fisto may have landed a single strike, dodging strikes simply isn’t a priority for one such as Durge, who can just heal and come back from pretty much anything, and quickly. Fisto on the other hand can’t, yet he is the one who is repeatedly hit, and not able to dodge any of Durge’s attacks, possible making Durge faster than Fisto. And then 03 Grievous is able to outspeed Durge
Against s1 Grievous, in the initial engagement Grievous’ movements are restricted both by the small space they are in
The troopers’ grapples holding him down further, Nahdar attacking on the opposite side of Fisto, meaning Grievous has to divert his attention between the two. Yet despite all of these disadvantages it takes all Fisto has just to hold the advances off two out of his four arms off
In the second fight, Grievous’ doctor stated that he is in no condition to fight, the novelization clarifying that he is in need of rest, so it doesn’t matter that his cybernetics has been fully repaired, and yet Fisto “needs all of his lightsaber skills to battle Grievous”
-The Clone Wars - Jedi Heroes
Though it also says Fisto very nearly defeats him, Grievous is, again, in no condition to fight, and the first engagement clearly shows, that in a one-on-one fight Grievous would simply smash through him.
When it comes to padawan Anakin, Fisto is only able to win against Maul by keeping his cool and wearing Maul down, as Maul is relentless and his attacks are frantic, when padawan Anakin in comparison, per Gillard, would cream Maul
Ventress is then able to give padawan Anakin a good fight, even making him go into his rage mode
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iDXv_ypnMt8
Ventress superiority to Fisto is further solidified by their fight in CD
Where Fisto pretty much gets offscrened by Ventress.
A stronger Ventress loses to Obi-Wan in season 3, pre time skip
Important for later. Now, onto Adi Gallia. She does a lot better against a stronger Grievous, who is in condition to fight, saves Obi-Wan from him, gains the upper hand and sends him running
Adi also outperforms Anakin against the commando droids, destroying many with seeming ease, Adi instantly winning against one, while Anakin is seen in the background struggling against a single.
This Anakin once fought and beat Obi-Wan and Kit Fisto at the same time
https://youtu.be/JZpRlLU2KZ0?t=152
In season 5 Maul is shown as being a lot stronger than his brother, Adi dies to Savage, while Obi-Wan is able to fight Maul one-on-one, struggling a lot less in comparison to Adi, and is even able to one-v-two the brothers. Important for later

Fisto is also slower than Ahsoka
He is called pathetic and his moves predictable, this black sun guy able to aim and was about to hit Fisto with missiles, Ahsoka having to save him from the missiles, and then proceeded to say that Fisto’s plan stunk. Interesting to note here, is that Ahsoka seemingly catches him from his front, despite not being shown in the previous panel in that local at all, meaning she would have had to have moved faster than the missiles themselves, which Fisto isn’t even able to dodge, what is essentially a ruse according to one of the Black Sun guards, which would mean he is so bad, that they were about to kill him on accident. The comic shows Ventress still working for the separatists, so this is just season 3 Ahsoka.
Meanwhile Grievous is able to kick through both s5 Ahsoka and Obi-Wan’s defenses within a short amount of time. And if you want to count Crystal Crises, Grievous can even two shot Obi-Wan

https://youtu.be/TdaXc2wzwv4?t=4221
Adi Gallia getting defeated in nearly the exact same way by Obsession Grievous
By Rots Grievous is also able to overload Obi-Wan’s defense, forcing him to attack
Now I see how all of this scaling might not seem relevant, but it is important to lay this groundwork for later. The scaling chains we have so far are:
By now it should be clear that Grievous can speedblitz Fisto
Rots inferiority to 03
The Grievous we got in the 03 series was made when the concept for Grievous was that he was this ruthless, totally capable Jedi killer, as that was what the team had initially been told
This idea for Grievous was later changed to him being this mustache twirling villain who would flee when at a disadvantage. George wanted an almost cowardly villain, but who is also a good fighter, not a next level big powerful villain, who is super-strong and super-powerful
Per George himself this was once a big issue, that the 03 series had Grievous being this villain, who was just way too strong, thereby making 03 Grievous > Rots Grievous G-canon, as George perceives that iteration of the character to be stronger. This perception is what the common fan is likely to see as well, as he just visually outperforms other iterations, George is heavy on visuals, so the fact that a normie will perceive the same way supports this being a G-canon stance further. Though not stated by Tartakovsky himself, Mace force crush serves as an in-universe explanation for this discrepancy, this crush being retconned into being pre-TCW
This force crush damaging Grievous’ lungs for life and possibly damaging his psyche as well. Put 03 Grievous above Rots Grievous in any of the scaling chains. Now, why does all of these things matter at all? Well, despite Ti losing heavily, she still does better than Crystal Crises Obi-Wan does to Crystal Crises Grievous, or if you don’t wanna count that, better than how Adi does against Obsession Grievous, which occurs in 20 BBY, therefore after the force crush which would occur in 22 BBY do to TCW, or you can go with how she isn’t speedblitzed like Asajj and Durge were against Grievous the month prior, Ti defending against Grievous one-on-one for a whole 10 seconds, and even when Grievous is able to overpower Ti, not outspeeding, she is able to block his killing blow with a force wall
https://youtu.be/HTgxuRG59k8?t=220
And this is despite Ti being weakened
https://youtu.be/sHPFuAqhyHY?list=PL6V-0qYZezjGVHxVWT08DWjZad3ms6w_6&t=326
Meanwhile an inferior Grievous’ speed forces Rots Obi-Wan to shift from pure defense, to use his defense offensively, as his defense had been overloaded. This defense was overloaded in less than 10 seconds
https://youtu.be/xaBiygfkudk?t=75
So Obi-Wan’s defense is overloaded faster than a weakened Ti by a lesser opponent through speed, while it was the strength of one of Grievous’ blows that gave her the loss, not the velocity, which gives us:
Potential and general hype
Despite being 10 years younger, she was put on the council 4 years before him, becoming a council member at the age of 26, likely making her one of the youngest people to ever be named to the council, so not sure how you would show him having growth at a bigger rate, and even if you are able to argue he has, then how it would be able to get past this huge speed gap between the two. Her position within the council also has hype. Firstly, she is called the shining light of the Jedi council and secondly she is one of 6 council members to oversee the judgement of Ahsoka, the others all being senior members or Obi-Wan who is arguably one.
https://youtu.be/bK-09Tce2s8?t=59
She is also mentioned as having greatness that is unquestioned alongside the 3 most senior members of the council
One of the orders’ great swordsbeings mentioned alongside Obi-Wan, Anakin, Mace, Depa, Dooku, and Yoda
Obi-Wan believes Mace and Ti are more than capable of capturing Sidious, this is despite of them being aware Sidious would be the master of Dooku, whom they struggled with just months ago. Anakin doesn’t even necessarily disagree with Obi-Wan, he just thinks the two of them would do it more easily
Again, I don’t see any such comparisons being made for Fisto being there with the tippity top
Conclusion
Shaak Ti is way hotter and would speedblitz Fisto’s dumb smile with her knee
