She is the GM of the order and greatly before her prime when she was contending with Darth level non Dark Council Malgus she was able to use tutaminis to stop a lightsaber strike and send Malgus flying with a force wave that traveled over 10 meters that had enough power to send him flying another 10 meters+ into a cliffside shattering it and burying him under rocks.

In her prime she Darth Marr level. Darth Marr is >~ Darth Nox who has 4 Sith spirits within him binded. As a Sith spirit you need enough force reserves to be bound to the physical world resisting Chaos for millennia. Exar Kun using Sadow's ritual absorbed thousands of Massassi to do this. as a conservative estimate Marr and by extension Satele is worth 8,000 Massassi.

Massassi are above Younglings, all in all Satele is a tier 8,000. For reference GM Luke is a tier 18.5-23.5 (Lord level territory)
