Cade probably.

Could go either way. Easiest parallel is with Aurra, Aalya and Talon. Caedus needed a surprise and a fear/rage amp to hold Aurra and she still overpowered him. Now mind you this was post prime Aurra and Talon is credited with being sub Aalya as well but they would be relative.

Mara slammed Caedus despite taking injuries several times greater than his and not being able to draw on them. In addition to her superiority to Katarn who was beating Caedus later.

Leaning Mara

Cade to be honest.

In a real-world fight, Mara would win because Cade won't go all-out against a woman. They'll stalemate and it will ultimately end like his confrontation with Talon:

Mara is Cade's great-grandmother.

How do you even rationalise these positions? And no clue why you're using Talon as an anchor to assess Cade when he stomped her in their final fight.

Oh yeah I forgot about this.

There's no evidence that Death Sticks hinder ones force connection anytime other than when they are directly in use. And Cades throwing of the ship boils down to an emotional outburst under strain or Flash of Brilliance type moment. Much akin to 13 year old Kenobi setting up a TK shield that Qui-Gon considered the powerful effort of the force he had ever seen. Putting Kenobi above Yoda tier if you wish to buy this logic. 

There is zero evidence whatsoever that Cade ever learned to harness that output on his own. The debris feat is not his baseline.
