I would agree with most of the things you said.

The spirit of Kallig caused a week-long Force lightning storm over the Dark Temple. He also mind-dominated hundreds, including Sith Lords, just because he believed that he was still alive. Those affected could call upon a fraction of Kallig's power to dominate the Warrior or Inquisitor with ease. Who were already at the point of killing Thanaton's apprentice Darth Skotia or the beast of Marka Ragnos which was so bloated on power that it was a major source of dark side energy on Korriban.
He also hand-waved Darth Andru who would've killed an Inquisitor who not long after, with only a pair of spirits, could tank Force attacks from Darth Thanaton: Darth Thanaton scales from Exal Kressh, who was one of the strongest Sith in the Emperor's power base. Kressh, scales vastly over a non-Force sensitive Child of the Emperor, who ragdolled and tanked the Force attacks of early Act II Barsen'thor.
Barsen'thor at this point already dwarfs the power of Terrak Morrhage who could call upon the Force power of hundreds of Jedi Masters and caused a shift in the Force when he was defeated.
Yet, the spirit of Kallig by this point had been drained of its power by Vitiate for millennia. Yet even in his prime, Kallig was still not as powerful as Hord. Who, after Kallig gets murdered, finishes the Yn and Chabosh campaign by devouring the spirits of a thousand Jedi Knights in a more complete fashion than Nox's binding of spirits.
Combine all of this with Sadow > Tenebrous scaling and it's really, really not looking good for Vader.
