Depends on what you assume Venamis's level is on the Banite line. If you assume him to actually be comparable with the end of the line, then he'd take this IMO.

He was in training under Tenebrous for two decades IIRC, which means he probably receives at least a significant level of Banite scaling.

Apprentice!Tenebrous scales wildly above Bane, but he'd probably lose to Venamis. In any case, the pure facts we can derive from Venamis' performance absent of how he relates to Bane is enough to tell us he defeats Hord.

If you're putting Hord in a debate then you objectively need to take him at face-value, otherwise it's a laughable attempt at spite. Hord wins.
