My knowledge of TOR as a whole is relatively limited due to my inexposure to any of the KOTOR games, or KOTET for the matter. However, SOD Talzin was able to equalize the likes of CW sheev, a superior to every sith prior up to his point in time by virtue of plageuis and his own accolades as well. 

I would assume Talzin could beat Vitiate in a force bout, by virtue of equalzing a superior to him.   Im also open to being corrected though.

Neither Plagueis nor Sheev have accolades that apply to Valkorion, who wins this easily given she isn't even on Dathomir.
