Vitiate. Even if you want to believe Luke is more powerful(He isn't), he is still woefully garbage at defending himself from esoteric attacks.

Luke was more powerful than what DE Palpatine was capable of channeling through his body, which is exorbitantly in excess of Vitiate, who is sub-PT Palpatine. As far as esoteric attacks go, I don't remember Vitiate utilizing anything but telepathy and weak doppelgängers in combat, the former of which Luke has shown the ability to resist and even fight back (he mindraped Cronal in Shadows of Mindor - scale his TP to DE levels and Vitiate isn't doing kriff), and has demonstrated the same doppelgänger ability that Vitiate has, even in hyperspace while he was in realspace. He's also read the first few volumes of Palpatine's Dark Side Compendium and used Alchemy and Sorcery. I think he's more than ready for whatever Vitiate throws at him.
