Mace Windu & Count Dooku Vs Darth Vader (Knightfall)

The OP states bloodlust is on, which means we get the no Jedi restraint Mace that fought Palpatine. No question Mace in this scenario is Yoda/Sidious tier.

"Bloodlusted" Mace only matched Palps in sabers. He was definitively overwhelmed by Palps force abilities. I see no reason the same would not apply to KF Anakin since he commanded superior power to that of Sidious.

That being said, Mace isn't alone here. Given exhausted Dooku's equality with AotC Yoda and his ability to trade TK attacks with Zonakin he could easily run interference to give Mace an opening.

The team takes this quite conclusively. Though it will take all they've got.

The same Anakin couldn't over power Kenobi with TK, I doubt he's doing better with Mace. Palpatine could overpower Mace with lightning, an asset Anakin doesn't have. Mace matching Sidious in sabers is all he needs as I have no reason to believe Anakin is superior to Sidious in that regard. Physically maybe, but significantly inferior mentally, as was the case with tier 8 Kenobi. One can argue the semantics in how close Kenobi is to nine but we know for a fact as per Lucas even Kenobi's mythical EoRotSPeak isn't competing with Sidious, while Mace at least at his peak could. Peak for Peak RotS incarnations I favor Mace over Anakin, there are other intangibles such as age, knowledge, and styles that could tilt the match closer in ones favor but in terms of raw stats Mace comes out favorably overall.

Dooku isn't comparable to Yoda as a combatant. Lucas said Yoda was equal to Dooku in the Force? Well he also had Yoda in the script thoroughly outclass Dooku in swordplay which carried over to the novels and comic.

He was overwhelmed after a gruelling and draining lightsaber and Force battle. 

I see no reason the same would not apply to KF Anakin since he commanded superior power to that of Sidious.

Prove he commands superior power. At his peak, he's equal per Lucas. In any case, KFV tends towards lightsaber combat rather than the Force and he doesn't have access to abilities like lightning that would allow him to exhaust and overwhelm Mace.

Mace is comparably skilled and physically strong/fast enough to match KFV for at least an extremely long time. While KFV might take a narrow victory most of the time, there's no clear margin. I agree that it will take both Dooku and Mace to beat him, though.

Seriously, this cannot be said enough. George in the commentary for RoTS even says that Mace overpowers Palps during their fight. I'll take his word over Gillard's several years after the fact.
