Were Snoke's Praetorian Guards force-sensitive?

I mean a weaker version of Kylo can rag doll multiple Jedi but a stronger version of Kylo can't rag doll non-force sensitives?

They haven't been stated to be no.

No mention of them being Force-sensitive in any material I am aware of. They were evidently just a group of elite FO soldiers, who were highly trained in multiple disciplines.

Kylo not being able to ragdoll them with the Force makes zero sense... Especially given that the Dyad between he and Rey was "mirroring and amplifying" their abilities.
