Probably Rey. She dealt with Palpatine's Guards convincingly, and the RoS novel implies (though from her POV) that they were likely superior to Snoke's. Then again, the extent to which she drawed on the power of the dyad is unknown.

Well it's not like she'd have to draw on that much power to take out the red guards in EP9. The Ghost Crew could've beat them.

Rey had a feeling these guards would prove more formidable adversaries.

@QuakeBlood: Keep in mind it's not solid evidence, but I very much doubt the author would throw that line in only for it to be wrong.

They could have at least done something to show they were better, as it stands that quote doesn’t make sense with what is shown. They can’t be formidable yet at the same time get stomped, that’s not how it generally works.
