The Sith Empire as of TOR. All at the height of their power.

There's so many ways to argue this, it's almost impossible to determine the victor.

Galactic Empire can probably take the other three simultaneously through sheer logistical superiority. Much larger, more powerful vessels and far more manpower. Not to mention the Death Star.

They also have superior numbers by an enormous degree.

The galactic empire has by far the most technologically advanced ships (they were preparing for an invasion by the Vong) and probably greater numbers as well, not to mention the superweapons.

The Eternal Fleet alone had tens of thousands of ships in its fleet and their tech dwarfed the average for TOR which really isn't any different at all from the GCW.

GE has advantage in everything except the fact that they have a handful forceusers + Vader vs EE with Vaylin, Arcann and the knights, or alternatively vs Jadus, Dreadmasters, Marr, Malgus, EW, Nox and countless other sith. Not sure how well GE stacks up to such a huge mass of forceusers.
Infinite lacks the information for them to be a proper threat. At prime they could potentially stomp, or they could be destroyed by 1% of the GE

Where are you getting tens of thousands? Codex only says at best hundreds.

How does the codex say hundreds? Vaylin gives the numbers when she's testing if the fleet obeys her.

The enemy suddenly dropped out of hyperspace. There were hundreds of them, a massive wall of ships moving as one.
TOR Codex: Eternal Fleet
Also when does Vaylin say that? Which chapter/scene?

Um, that's not what that codex says:
https://swtor.jedipedia.net/en/cdx/the-eternal-fleet
Even if it did, you're assuming the fleet appeared in one system at a time when we know for a fact it invaded all across the galaxy.

Eternal Fleet was confirmed to be in the thousands:
The Eternal Empire of Zakuul doesn't have a population of loyal citizens large enough to fully crew its thousands of warships, much less its gargantuan Star Fortress battle stations. The solution: "EPHEMERIS" droids, advanced multi-tasking machines capable of running every vital system in an operational Star Fortress--and also provide defensive countermeasures should the organic command staff become incapacitated.
Though often mistaken for fully-functional artificial intelligences, EPHEMERIS droids are incapable of independence. These hybrid machines merely combine all the best features of Class 1 mathematics droids, Class 3 administration droids, and Class 4 assassin droids into a lethal and efficient package. Destroying an EPHEMERIS droid will not disable a Star Fortress, but the resulting system failures will greatly reduce the battle station's threat to the planet it orbits.

Actually that's what the Codex does say LK, but then I guess that was only just for the one battle. It was a separate Codex Entry.
Now BoD, fair enough, I guess I missed that bit.

I see, although this doesn't do much to change my stance. As I see it, the EE relying on droids/automation kinda gimps them. I realize that they do have organics, but those seem too few and far between and seem to really only be involved with their walkers.
Not counting obviously the Knights of Zakuul.
But regardless, taking that into account, I feel like there isn't a whole lot for the EE. More to that, if this is at all their height, then the Sith Empire I feel is gonna have a better chance against the EE.
Because let's be real, the only reason the EE got to crushing both the GR and SE was because the two of them had been slugging it out for years and got a great loss of resources and manpower, it wasn't exactly fair for both sides.
Plus it's shown that when they did get their shit together, even a fleet was able to hold out against the Eternal Fleet, shown I think within the opening chapters of Eternal Throne? Or Fallen Empire? I can't exactly remember.
The Infinite Empire....not sure why they are here, did they get lost?
So here it is then, this is basically a 3-way fight.

The Eternal Empire has quantum bombs, which basically gives them an innumerable amount of superweapons given the Eternal Fleet can use them anywhere they damn well want. Also, the Eternal Fleet gets beaten back only because the attack was a surprise attack. It is made especially clear that defeating the Eternal Fleet conventially wasn't possible.

1. They were the first chronological Super Empire in Star Wars.
2. The Rakata were all (or mostly all) Force Sensitive before the plague.
3. Their technology was seemingly more advance than KOTOR Republic technology. Even though it was 20,000 YEARS older.
4. Star Forge -- A station that creates infinite ships, weapons, & war droids is a very handy tool.
Those 4 reasons are why I added them to this brawl.

I didn't say anything about defeat, but the EE is fighting an opponent that completely outstrips everything of what they were facing in terms of...everything, so I'm not buying that it can't be beat conventionally, just because a much smaller set of forces couldn't.
Yeah sure The Gravestone was built and blah, blah, blah. Fine and dandy, but that just seems more like "here's a quick way to destroy the fleet" which the GR and SE needed given where they were at the time, which is fine. That isn't to say they would fair better at their height, but perhaps would do much better than they had, though do we even have any numbers for them?

At the same time however, they were beaten by the Je'daii Order, King Adas and his Sith. Their starships aren't really anything impressive and they are limited in their travel capabilities.

Just occurred to me that without the Emperor, the Galactic Empire's personnel would be insanely handicapped. It may not be as one-sided as I believed given that stipulation.
