Valkorion due to his ragdolling of The Outlander, Vaylin, and Arcann. Imo there's no reason to put KF Vader far above Vaylin or The Outlander individually much less together.

KF Vader probably takes The Outlander or Vaylin pretty decisively 1V1 but together they can beat him. Throw in Arcann and it's a mismatch. This same team was pretty easily overpowered by Valk, backing him.

KF Vader wins via lightsaber to the face.

Tenebrae, pretty solidly. He's not too much more powerful, but his combative techniques are well suited to a warrior like Anakin.
