A'Sharad already admitted inferiority to Vader, and Vader also has ridiculously superior feats.
R1: Vader. More powerful and about as skilled.
R2: Vader stomps. Easily.

Hett scales from Vader based off his performance against Kenobi.

that obi wan= vader. i dont disagree that obi wan did well against him. i dont disagree that vader had some trouble. that doesnt change the fact that vader had a mini PTSD attack in that fight, and the fact that he didnt use the force heavily at all. Obi wan was struggling the whole time, barely defending himself from vader's attacks, which being dished out by a less that perfect vader, who was being cautious as kark cuz he was afraid of obi wan.

Hett also admits inferiority to Vader. The whole reason he went to Xoxaan for training was because he couldn't beat Vader or Sheev.DC77 (Reborn) wrote:Hett scales from Vader based off his performance agsainst Kenobi.
Vader is also far more powerful than Kenobi.

And since we're talking scaling, Vader > Celeste Morne, who was capable of holding off Vong Krayt for a fair bit of time to the point that her loss was described as if it would be a battle of attrition. Vader outright dominated her.

dominated her 17/18 years before TFU2 too. TFU2 vader utterly destroys hett. ROTJ is even worse.

Morne had a lot of growth, and the comparison is flawed anyway. Moreover, the panel you posted doesn't prove Vader>Hett.

Based on? Her ability to fight back Muur weakened over time, suggesting the opposite, actually. Whereas when she faced Vader she could draw upon his power (with him being powerless to stop her), she loses control numerous times between then and her death.Morne had a lot of growth,
and the comparison is flawed anyway.
How so?
Moreover, the panel you posted doesn't prove Vader>Hett.
It indicates that Hett couldn't beat Vader or Sidious without learning to use the dark side, for one. Besides that, he was being outmatched by Kenobi, who's <<< Vader in power.

@BreakOfDawn:
Why can't that just be Muur's power likewise expanding over time? I find it difficult to imagine the time gap causing no improvement on Morne's part, that's really stretching credibility.
Krayt was in kriff, low class condition as of that fight.
No, it suggests he couldn't beat Vader and Sidious, and we have other comparisons between the two, which favour Hett.
Kenobi is confirmed to be more powerful.

honestly, any of the quotes that say that vader= obi wan can be countered some way or another. vader has been compared to mace windu before, who should be ~ mustafar obi wan anyhow.

Not if she were weakening over centuries of sustaining her life beyond what her body should be capable of (only see what happened to her corpse when she was killed for reference). And Muur's power didn't grow, it's trapped in a talisman meant to preserve the body then latch onto the power of a weaker host to strengthen it and then take control of them and their power. It had no way to grow. The properties of it are literally specified in the numerous depictions of it.
Krayt was in kriff, low class condition as of that fight.
He was highly motivated and doing everything he could to kill her. He also had the help of Darth Maladi and Morne was still only slowly losing.

I'm aware of the sketchy Obi-Wan comparison (which really isn't a comparison considering that Hett had several advantages but still got dominated when Kenobi stopped holding back or trying to end the fight without bloodshed), but what's the other?
Kenobi is confirmed to be more powerful.
Riiiiight. Let me guess, the "shadow of their former selves" quote?
