What makes you think so? Her only feat worthy of note (in legends at least) was overcoming Mace Windu, but considering the circumstances it’s more of an embarrassing showing than anything else imo.

Depa has hype but her actual showings are generally meh. Her best showing is defeating a holding back, distressed, exhausted and injured Windu. Plo not getting his ass plastered immediately by Savage after the clones were batted aside  impresses me a little more.

Yoda concluding that a group of council masters or Mace is all that can stop her if it came to it. Basically Mundi hype but better. Compared to Kar in power several times.

A horrendously amped Depa was still only just superior to a heavily wounded and exhausted Mace with a lightsaber blade sized hole in his torso and still couldn't tag him until Mace lost his balance. Plo has the actual feats to suggest he's > her.

A heavily emaciated, mentally damaged, conflicted husk, you mean? Depa was also under extremely negative circumstances. Her performance in Shatterpoint isn’t indicative at all of her peak level performance under regular circumstances. Her hype from Mace is enough to put her above Koon
