I agreed when u said Vader wrecks Malicos. But Rebels Maul is out of practice just like Taron. And Maul admitted inferiority to Vader in Rebels, got stomped by Kanan and was three shotted by Ben Kenobi.Greysentinel365 wrote:Maul wrecks. Not that close
That's why this should be a close fight.
Prime Maul demolishes Taron though

Prime Maul demolishes Taron though
1. He’s superior to Rebels Tano
2. Was still 3v1’ing the Inquisitors. Which already puts him out of Tarons range
3. Filoni revealed that in the original S2 finale Maul fought Vader instead of Ahsoka and did “about the same” so Rebels Maul is still a fair fight for Vader. Therefore, again, far above Malicos, who at best had a small edge of Cal, who Vader fodderized.
4. Kanan is a PIS machine. And has been stated to be in the middle of a “force explosion” when facing Maul. Basically he got a oneness amp and landed a lucky BFR.
5. Ben won via exploiting Maul’s familiarity. Yes he had to be fast/powerful enough to pull it off before Maul could figure it out. But at best Ben = Vader. Whom we know Maul can have a great fight with via Filoni and Ahsoka scaling. So this is also, not permissible.
So yes Maul wrecks Malicos.

Replace Yoda with Maul and R2 with Taron.

Maul, easily.
Malicos was only a marginally better duelist than a Cal who, one planet prior, had just admitted to finally reaching the same level he'd been as a Padawan. Maul, as noted above, could 3v1 Inquisitors and hold his own against Rebels Ahsoka. The disparity is just too great for Malicos to stand a chance.
