You mean a character who's equal to/superior to unchained Vaylin, who herself is very close to the ROTS titans in raw power? He scales massively above KOTFE Outlander, who scales considerably above a being who while on a dark nexus could cause a chain reaction to level the Dark Temple. He also scales off of spirit Valkorion, who while somewhat stronger was able to produce lightning capable of instantly killing hundreds of beings, wiping out a small army, and casually ragdolling the Outlander. 


Sorry, I'm not very knowledgeable on pre-Plagueis boost Sidious, but what feats does he have to put him on a level capable of competing with chained Vaylin, who tore building-sized generators apart, ripped apart a blast door, and slaughtered dozens of rogue Zakuul knights on Ord Mantell?
