In some interview of Gillard. The guy brings up Anakin's mental state and not being able to control his powers but Gillard says that it is still a 9 and still something to be dealt with

Also, Anakin on the IH has been stated to be "flirting" with the dark side, yet on Mustafar he is "fully consumed by the dark side"

MFV’s a definite 9 in many respects but not in others (relative to Palpatine and co.).

Valkorion teleported in his spirit fight with the Outlander, and one of the main abilities he has when you play as him is teleportation. Leland Chee has even said a way he uses gameplay mechanics is to see the abilities characters have.

If you don't accept death of the author, then TPM (RotS at the latest) Sidious > SWTOR VItiate, and peak performance Anakin/KF Vader can scale to Sidious's tier as a combatant. Unless if you buy Ant's stance that Revan is very close to SWTOR Vitiate, I think he would be in a lower tier than Zonakin/KF Vader. Maybe haxx could let him win, but it would have to be pretty potent haxx to overcome someone who made Dooku's knowledge of the Force into a "joke".
