Arcann is well beyond KotOR Revan
I mean unless you somehow consider Revan’s inability to shield himself from the after-effects of 3 grenades to be superior to Arcann holding off Valk’s lightning, then I don’t really see an argument for Revan

Mandos throw 3 grenades at him
He uses a concrete wall to take most of the force, which it does
The concussive Force still puts him on his ass, and he’s barely able to stand afterward

Actually, after doing his respect thread, he definitely clears 5. He'll stop at 6 in a fight that takes about as long as my average response time to counters, and in a fairly close fight.

Arcann stops at 5, I'm not convinced he can handle Reborn Revan.
