Vol, especially since he knows Mnemotheraphy.

Vitiate though I can see a case for Vol. Open to being coonvinced.

Unsure, I'd like to see reasons for either.

Hard to say. Can see a case made for both

I can see Vitiate replicating Vol's feat. Kind of hard to compare the two. Vitiate and definitely Valk have a lot more material going for them.

Leaning Vol but its kind of hard to gauge Tenebrae's TP abilities since a lot of his TP showings aren't when he's using or at his full power i.e. Sel-Makor, Act II strike team, Revan (not MW Revan), the Outlander (I think? Still not too sure as to where Valk's power level was at when he tried to take over their body), Children of the Emperor, Ziost etc.

Enslaving Vaylins essence like a pocket monster and nearly beating the Outlander in his own mind, and putting up a good mental battle against Outlander, Arcann and Vaylins essence inside the Outlanders mind, and also reducing Scourge to a puddle by merely brushing minds with him, indicate quite insane TP to me.

I agree that he has some pretty insane TP feats but how do they stack up to taking on Abeloth?

Well:
-Abeloth was reckless and left herself open. She didn't take Vol seriously to begin with.
-Vol exploited this by attacking her absolute weakest mental vulnerabilities with the full force of a violently repurposed technique which, even when used for its normal therapeutic purposes, can cause irrepairable damage to the mind if not used with utmost care
-Abeloth did rebuff Vol but he held on. Then when he went for the killing blow Abeloth blasted him. He got it alive but he was on the verge of death and could barely move after.
So its a pretty peculiar feat on the whole. I'm sure there's lots of characters who would have died in Vol's shoes but is Vitiate one of them? Probably not.

I mean, he built those telepathic barriers up over Vaylin's entire life.
and nearly beating the Outlander in his own mind,
After a long campaign of strategically pushing his way in.
and putting up a good mental battle against Outlander, Arcann and Vaylins essence inside the Outlanders mind,
Is that more impressive than mentally defeating Abeloth?
and also reducing Scourge to a puddle by merely brushing minds with him, indicate quite insane TP to me.
Novel Scourge doesn't exactly have potent feats relative to the characters involved.

Vol also tanked direct TP assaults from Abeloth before and while doing his own attacks, so it isn't purely a strategic victory.
