Galaxy level Vitiate or ragdolling two beings who individually could tear the fabric of the universe and apparently sporadically shifting the balance of the Force between light (day) and dark (night) as a side effect? I feel pretty safe in going for Mortis Anakin.

People are forgetting that Jerec achieved actual omniscience from the VotJ -- including the origins of the universe and the nature of other Force realms and whatnot. It's not out of the question that consuming trillions of planets and stars brings Vitiate to the Ones-tier.

If he had attained actual omniscience, he would have known Kyle was about to blindside him and prevented that.

I believe the quote clarifies that he's in a uniquely vulnerable state -- perhaps currently gaining omniscience as Kyle attacks.

I doubt this quote include the Ones or other celestial/mythical beings. Besides, no matter how strong Vitiate would get, he'd still be part of the living Force. Anakin came into existence through Force's will and I don't see any being in the mythos capable of defeating the instrument of balance, had he reached his full potential.

odd to imagine that Kyle stopped Jerece from becoming a God
he's actually super high on the list of most important Jedi ever then
