Vitiate. The degree to which he scales above the ziost drain is too much for Plagueis. Especially since Plagueis won't be able to use MM as an ace in the whole since Vitiate is also a master of MM.

Darth Plagueis wins. Being an inferred tough opponent for TPM Sidious, his MM mastery (lol @ Vitiate having comparable mastery) and way better combative sense gives him the fight solidly.

Both are sub-PT Sheev, but for Plagueis that disparity is only marginal. Vitiate could be far lower, or he could be right on Plagueis' level, but he's certainly not above him by anything more than a microbial amount even if we're being generous to him. Plagueis has also made a much more intelligent use of the Force in combat than what I've seen of Vitiate, so he should win this.
