Yeah, well first of all I don't have ROTJ Luke close to Vader at all so that doesn't work. Secondly, Caedus has been consistently given fights by Kyle Katarn, Aurra Sing, Mara Jade, etc. whether these have circumstances or excuses does not matter to me, the fact is he hasn't shown sufficient skill to surpass Vader in sabers, also not sure he can handle Vader's strength.

Juke is a different matter, and I'm waiting on Elm to talk more about it before I make a decision.

All of whom you've failed to connect to Vader. Moreover, considering the fact that prime Caedus is a blitz tier above the iteration that struggled with these guys it's not of importance to the discussion at hand. Throw in the fact that him struggling with them was circumstantial and you really have no argument here.

No explanation for why either of these statements holds true has been given, so as far as I'm concerned they're not worth a damn.

Why Elm specifically? Surely you can listen to somebody else who has a compelling argument (I'll be delivering one soon so keep a lookout for it).

OT-Caedus stomps. Vader has never dominated anybody on the same tier as Inferno Jacen, who is a blitz gap below Invincible Caedus.

Caedus wins in mid difficulty. He is far more skilled and far more agile than Vader. Vader is probably better force user but that's not enough to win.
