  • Cilghal as she appears in fate of the jedi 
  • Halcyon as he appears in jedi trial
  • Round 1: lightsaber only
  • Round 2: force abilities only 
  • Round 3: all out

As far as I am concerned, Cilghal takes a majority, since she has better telekinesis ( holding Kenth Hamner and one-shooting Saar) and is comparatively skilled. The only way I could see halcyon winning is by way of his Tutaminis.

Nejaa for the lightsaber round; Cilghal for the Force round. The all-out could go either way I suppose, although I'm leaning towards Nejaa: Cilghal, when fighting in character, probably won't begin with a relentless Force offensive, and in doing so I think her best chance of winning would be lost.

Could you elaborate? I don’t remember any on Nejaa’s feats of saber combat to be more impressive than Cilghal’s. I don’t think he has anything particularly impressive beyond standard blaster deflection.

Nejaa was a worthy sparring partner for post-AOTC Anakin. He showed considerable stamina against both Anakin and when sparring with Grudo. I don't think Nejaa's duel with Cilghal would end quickly, but in place of a significant gap in ability is Nejaa's proven resilience in similar situations.
