Memes and jokes aside. I would say K’krukh wins in a good fight.
I mean, you could argue peak K’krukh stomps based on his overall hype in legacy, but he lacks feats to put him far beyond his clone wars/dark times iteration. I could potentially see Cilghal winning based on her vast superiority to Saar, who himself was able to beat a mandalorian Who had just stomped a Jedi padawan.

K'krunkh strained himself to manipulate controls on a ship -- dude is trash, even more trash than Cilghal.
