Kas'im in sabers and all-out. Even if Saarai is more powerful (I'm not sure she is), it's not by such a margin she could ragdoll (PoD Bane couldn't), and thus Kas'im would be able to press his martial dominance freely.

What are Saarai's feats and accolades again? I remember that she ragdolled Stryfe.
