Fisto>Kolar>Tiin. At least Fisto could hold his own for a few seconds. Kolar was the first to die, but if you watch that scene he was even looking at Palpatine for some unknown reason, Tiin instead was legit speedblitzed even if he had more time to answer

They are all tier 7 characters, but from what I can tell Kolar>Fisto>Tiin. They are unquestionably close though.

Tiin had his guard down in the novel which Sheev exploited. Kolar doesn't have that excuse.

Fisto>Kolar>Tiin. I refuse to take the novel's version of events, as it's directly contradicted by what we see on screen. Almost no elements of the novel's description are carried over to the movie. That said, Kolar and Tiin die in an equally pathetic manner, but Tiin had around a full second to Palpatine stabbing Kolar, and yet Tiin still did nothing but draw his lightsaber back for a swing. At least Kit managed to parry a couple of attacks, and even swing at Palpatine a couple times before dying.

Bro Fisto’s performance against Palpatine was far better than the shit show that was the fight with Durge

Either Fisto gave into Form 1 or Windu being there covered his ass

If it’s the latter then Tiin and Kolar are superior to Fisto

Either way all three would beat any incarnation of Kenobi pre RotS
