Sorry I'm confused. As I recall in Magneto's prime he had difficulty moving the Golden Gate bridge, which is a fairly Starkiller/Vader thing to be able to do.

In the same breath I also remember Apocalypse Magento while pissed at Auschwitz began to draw metal from the earth's core and made like a metalic shitstorm.

So like, based on the first feat, I would say a majority of Jedi Knights can perform his Telekinesis and since the first feat is during his prime... well that makes it even harder. I can only assume that the Auschwitz feat must have been a ludicrous rage amp, but if someone can better explain this drastic inconsistency I will change my answer.
