BANKS, THE MATHEMATICAL CLONE

Banks is a clone trooper sergeant who has the ability to use math to help his blaster fire

Mathematical skill

Banks can use math to work out the exact angle of his blaster shots. This is precise enough that he can hit a small object out of someones hand even after the projectile bounces several times

While on the ground and getting strangled, he uses 1 hand to pick up a blaster and perfectly calculates a shot to bounce off several things before hitting and killing his attacker

Feats + Statements

Is noted as having a near perfect record in kamino battle simulations

Commanded 72 different squadrons in battle simulations on kamino

Survives a huge explosion from a ship crashlanding

Alongside about 10 other clones, under banks leadership they hold off droids for hours until the droids give up

Both Commander Griebs Kishpaugh and ghost trusts banks to not let personal feelings get in the way of missions and call him "determined"

Banks and like 5 other clones kill huge animals which are described as being more deadly then battle droids

Survives a point blank explosion

Dodges a blaster bolt point blank

Before commander Griebs Kishpaugh can even react and shoot him he throws his clone helmet with enough force to knock Kishpaugh to the ground. This attack hurt Kishpaugh so much he wasnt even fit to stand trial and had to be kept in a bacta tank

Conclusion

Banks should likely be in the conversation of strongest clones, his skills of working out blaster angles would be very helpful in a fight in like the mos eisley cantina for example, but a fight in someplace like an open field or where jango fought kenobi in AOTC it would be less helpful.
And even discounting the math stuff, his other feats showcase strong durability, good speed and amazing general combative ability.
