Which is the same power that is within Anakin, his internal balance is the balance of the galaxy exactly like how the balance of Mortis is the balance of the galaxy, he is connected to all life in the galaxy because of his conception, a manifestation of this balance power conceived from all living beings, Anakin is the same as Mortis, the difference between him and the Father is that the Father embodies the power that flows through Mortis, Anakin embodies the same power as he does although it does not need to flow through Mortis, it flows through him, from within him, Anakin's heart is Mortis, It is all within Anakin, which ties into how it is all a Metaphor, because its all happening inside his heart and his heart is that power, that's not to say its not real but you could look at the One's as angels on the shoulder, manifestations of the mind and how that influences the power within the heart, but no matter how you look at it, one thing is for sure, Anakin functions the same as Mortis, all that power is within him, that is the balance power and there is no greater power than that. Furthermore we see Luke Skywalker struggle to handle all the power in the Galaxy on Mortis, Anakin can do it just fine yet Luke's body glows and can barely contain the balance power...

And that is because Luke is not the Chosen One he is not the Father he is not born of a concentration of all energy in the galaxy not connected to every living thing, clearly unsuited to handle the balance power on Mortis, sure, It is a different thing happening to Luke and Leia, they aren't just wielding the power  they are being rebuilt, but there CANNOT be more actual power than all the power in the galaxy, which is what Anakin uses on Mortis prior to this, so its the same amount of power doing a different thing.


Luke and Leia are unsuited to handle this power because not only do they not benefit from the boons of Anakins conception, a vergence of all the threads of life, but the Skywalker Midi-Chlorian Count also dilutes, they are not 'pure force' as seen in Fate of the Jedi, where Ben Skywalker is closer to Pure Force than Jaina Solo because of his lineage. Anakin is the Pure Force an it is diluted from there. Lucas says Luke cannot kill the Emperor (Greatest Despair) because he is not the Chosen One despite them both being equals at the time in Living Force power, but Vader is bound to all life, he is the only one who is and thus the only one who can save the galaxy

I will also point out here that all of the quotes that pertain to Luke having more potential than Anakin date to before the Chosen One prophecy was a concept, before TPM or TCW when Anakin was just a 'Powerful Jedi" and not the incarnation of god, this was a purely C-Canon Narrative that was retconned with Anakin's Chosen One Prophecy Narrative in TPM and then even further retconned in TCW when they expound largely on what being the Chosen One means and say in the episode "Only the Chosen One could tame both my children"

The Mortis gods were a concept created by George when we worked on The Clone Wars. And he had us do this arc that basically dealt with Anakin being tested by these Force wielders, as George called them, to see if he was this prophesied chosen one

also note that the whole "But the Son could become that" quote that everybody misinterprets to mean that The Son could become what Anakin was meant to be is not saying that the son (Luke) could be as strong as a full potential Anakin, the thing Luke could become that Anakin was meant to be in the context of this quote is a worthy apprentice for Sheev to rule the galaxy with, somebody who wasn't a sub TPM Kenobi cripple old man, someone with the actual apprentice to surpass him

this is a combination of Four Element Theory and the Holy Trinity, Aristotle recognized that the heavens (celestial bodies) seemed to behave differently from the earthly realm. This balanced state would mean that none of the humors dominate over others this unifying principle represents the interconnectedness of all things in nature. the four elements and humors are not isolated entities but are part of a larger system where each influences and is influenced by the others, "aether" has also been associated with the fourth circle or a unifying element that connects and transcends the traditional four elements (air, water, fire, and earth). Aether, also known as quintessence or the fifth element, was conceived as a celestial substance that exists beyond the Earth and composed the heavens. It was considered a pure and eternal element, unlike the more volatile and changing nature of the four classical elements associated with the material world, the same concept in Hinduism has Akasha as the Fifth Element in the middle that balances them all.

As seen in Path of Destruction, one calls on his full potential through freeing himself of his limitations, that is how Anakin can unleash this inner balance power, Anakin doing this is calling his full potential, loosing everything from within, in Anakin's case the entire force, Anakin was created to act as a conduit for the dark side to flow fully to the surface

Even using the nexus is still proof Anakin can channel that power to tame the One's so he still proved himself as the Chosen One, although the Father stressed that Anakin free his guilt and unleash the same power from within himself rather than pull from around him, where he does not need to balance and free himself (which he only discovers how to do on the Invisible Hand vs Dooku) because it flows so easily there, Anakin still demonstrated his Chosen One power by pulling it from around him. 

Anakin freeing himself getting through the fog, is all the power that is held within him let out, we see Anakin does this with Dooku, once the walls around his heart are broken then all that's within shall be let out. So there is deeper meaning to those quotes that say Anakin is at the peak of his powers during his fight with Dooku, because that is when he finally frees himself like the Father tells him to do on Mortis, its that same power that he used on Mortis after a ton more growth being let out from within him instead of pulled easily from around him. The Jedi put limits on him, clouded him and made him stick strictly to the code despite his unique circumstance being the Chosen One and having emotional attachments, a reflection of the Jedi straying from the will of the force, becoming too beholden to politics in their dogma. With Qui-Gon Jinn he would have been raised to channel, use and overcome what he was feeling rather than be pulled into a limiting fog that hides those attachments, Anakin, The Chosen One was meant to be balanced within himself, It was the Jedi's own fault, this is why it is the Duel of the Fates, the duel to decide Anakin's fate, and Qui-Gon lost. He would have provided Anakin with that resolving of Grey and refined Jedi sight, and made Anakin what he was meant to be... balanced without limits, this results in Anakin being a Level 10 on the Gillard Tier System, a level that doesnt even technically exist, but Anakin gets there anyways, a level above everybody else.

what's at stake is really how Anakin's going to turn out because Qui-Gon is different than the rest of the Jedi and you get that in the movie and Qui-Gon is fighting because he knows he's the father that Anakin needs, because Qui-Gon hasn't given up on the fact that Jedi are supposed to actually care and love and that that's not a bad thing the rest of the Jedi are so detached and they've become so political that they've really lost their way and Yoda starts to see that in the second film but Qui-Gon is ahead of them all and that's why he's not part of the council, so he's fighting for Anakin and that's why it's the duel of the fates it's the fate of this child, and depending on how this fight goes Anakin is gonna his life's gonna be dramatically different so Qui-Gon loses of course so the father figure because he knew what it meant to take this kid away from his mother when he had an attachment and he's left with obi-wan Obi-Wan trains Anakin at first out of a promise he makes to Qui-Gon not because he cares about him

I put Dooku in after Darth Maul was killed to establish that the Emperors assistant or the other Sith could take Jedi and convert them, in this particular case the idea is that Palpatine is testing Anakin to see if he is strong enough to become his apprentice and he doesn't tell Dooku what he is actually up to Dooku thinks he is just going to fight him, but the whole thing is a set up by the emperor to test Anakin's strength and when Anakin is strong enough, which he proves to be by killing Dooku then the emperor is ready to convert him over to the dark side and become his new apprentice

The Dooku fight is 'proof' he is 'ready to use' this 'boundless power' and is better than Yoda, so the 'Zonakin' clarity moment can be taken as a display of uncontested boundlessness, Indeed Anakin being the Chosen One establishes him as the most powerful Jedi, and that's from the within the production of the movies, there are reasons behind why people are powerful, its not just because a quote or two says they are, there is a reason why those quotes say that in the first place, characters have functions to their power, how it works and flows and their place within the Force, that is why Anakin gets these quotes, that is what makes him strong, not the quotes alone.

That is the kind of fear that lives inside Anakin Skywalker: the dragon of that
dead star. It is an ancient, cold dead voice within his heart that whispers all
things die . . .
In bright day he can't hear it; battle, a mission, even a report before the Jedi
Council, can make him forget it's even there. But at night-At night, the walls he
has built sometimes start to frost over. Sometimes they start to crack.
At night, the dead-star dragon sometimes sneaks through the cracks and crawls
up into his brain and chews at the inside of his skull. The dragon whispers of
what Anakin has lost. And what he will lose.
The dragon reminds him, every night, of how he held his dying mother in his

And when it dies it swells into a red supergiant, which is what Pre Suit Vader is, a burning furnace burning hot

The Hero With No Fear.

Though every true star is functionally the same—a fusion furnace
in space—each is also an individual. One may be larger, another
hotter; one may be nearing the end of its life cycle, collapsing in
upon itself or expanding to destruction, while another might be
freshly forming by aggregating the dust and gases of ancient
supernovae. In Luke’s imagination, he could read their individual
spectra the way he might recognize a human face: they looked tired,
and old, and far apart, burning themselves out in the endless Dark.
But he, too, was a star, and the light that shone from him was the
Force.

As this burning furnace Vader has no fear, no fear of burning out (dying), no restraint or fog clouding, total belief in his self sustaining invincibility, the infinite source of energy Palpatine seeks to use to unleash the entire force as darkness and sustain himself infinitely, until the dragon comes back but I will touch on that further down.

The Fog that the Jedi created around Anakin around the brightest star of the Order is synonymous with the Dark Side clouding the Order, because they are straying further from the will of the Force and letting Negative Karma/Dark Side build up, So remember that Anakin is the Light and Dark, which means internally he is the Jedi and Sith, so when the Jedi fog his mind and hinder him, they are fostering their own defeat what happens to Anakin happens to the Galaxy. The Jedi got too strong in straying from the will of the Force, which ultimately was their undoing, this is why the Jedi had to be destroyed for balance to be brought.

Gary Tucker: I took the fact that Anakin would bring balance to the force to mean that he would be the one to eventually rid the galaxy of it's greatest evil....Palpatine. Anakin is the one who kills him after all. 
Bob Lippman: This is an interesting interpretation. To me, balance implies an equal measure of dark and light. I wonder whether the Jedi council considers the force to be currently 'out of balance', and if so, what does this really mean? Jason Presley Well if that's the case, I'd think the Council would go out of their way to see that Anakin wasn't trained and that he got stuck in some obscure, remote part of the Galaxy. Since the Sith had supposedly been extinct for over a millenia, the Jedi were most likely tipping the scaled in the light side's favor. Balance would imply that Anakin would become a great power for the Dark Side, which he did. 
Bob Lippman: That's my point exactly. There are a couple possibilities as I see it: 1) the Jedi sense Palpatine/Sidious even though they can't identify him (difficult to see is the dark side), and as a result they are generally aware that the dark side is gaining strength over the light and the need to set things back on the path of goodness; 2) the dark side and the light side are out of balance in a more general way: a general lack of compassion (Anakin to Shmi "you are always saying that the problem with the galaxy is that no one helps anyone else out") vs. most people enslaved by greed, hate and fear. Under this theory, the one who will bring balance to the force will be a spiritual leader (the Christ analogy again) casing a shift in the way people think; 3) the Jedi Council knows that the light side is too strong and that this can't continue forever so they seek (or shun) the one who will bring balance. Either the Jedi will willingly and knowingly sacrifice their 'thousand year reign' as guardians of peace and justice, or they will deny Anakin training, selfishly guarding their monopoly; or, finally, 4) all the prophecy really means is that evil will inevitably rise up but eventually be destroyed by its apprentice, Vader. The last one is the simplest, and we all know that it is the way things will go, but I suspect that the first 3 explanations make a lot more sense to Qui Gon's contemporaries.

He hard presses Count Dooku in AOTC and Forces him to work to defeat him 

"I'm a slow learner," Anakin replied coolly, and he came on then, so suddenly, so powerfully, his green blade whirling with such speed that he seemed almost encased in green light.

For the first time, Count Dooku lost his little confident smile. He had to work furiously to keep Anakin's blade at bay, dodging more than parrying. He tried to step out to the side, but stopped as if he had hit a wall, and his eyes widened a bit when he realized that this young Padawan, in the midst of that assault, had used the Force to block his exit.

"You have unusual powers, young Padawan," he sincerely congratulated. His little grin returned, and gradually Dooku put himself back on even footing with Anakin, trading thrust for slash and forcing Anakin to dodge and parry as often as he tried to strike.

And from that state of power he goes into a state of power that is beyond anything he had ever known, which includes Zonoma Sekot and any of the Jedi or past threats he has seen or even knows about, including any amps he has ever felt. this power can be felt from across the galaxy and rouses Qui-Gon from the Netherworld while overwhelming Yoda to where he cannot focus his thoughts despite them being more focused than ever at the time, NOTHING can stop Anakin in this state

Deep in his meditations, peering through the dark side, Master Yoda felt a sudden surge of anger, of outrage beyond control. And it also shows his jealousy and anger at Obi-Wan and blaming everyone else for his inability to be as powerful as he wants to be, which he here, swears he will be, so here he sort of lays out his ambition and you'll see later on his ambition and his dialogue here is the same as Dooku's. The Clone Wars allowed Anakin to realise his potential and also allowed Palpatine to drive a wedge between Anakin and the Jedi Order, helped by Skywalker's secret marriage to Padme Amidala. Master Kenobi and Master Anakin increased their speed. The training lightsabers moved in a blur too fast to see with ordinary eyes. She could still count the individual moves; her Togrutan heritage had gifted her with senses more acute than those of a human, and many other species besides. Holding her breath, amazed and humbled, she watched two of the Temple's finest Jedi put on a display of unmatched skill.

And his TK is compared to a bomb going off

The men sprinted for the door, plunging into the acrid black smoke that now filled the courtyard. It was some kind of cover for a few seconds. Anakin saw the droids, hampered by their own debris, and his eyes went to the blazing carcass of the AT-TE.
Just do it.
Adrenaline fueled him. He sent the wreckage skidding across the ground with a massive Force push. The kinetic force of the impact and the sheet of flame released when it slammed into the droid ranks had the effect of a bomb going off.

Anakin holds off a Theta Storm, a feat Yoda probably could not replicate

The next storm-shield generator overloaded just as Anakin reached it. He had a split second's warning, one hammer blow from the Force. The storm seemed to hold its breath…

...and then exhaled in renewed fury as the generator erupted in a burning light show of sparks. With a scream like a wounded animal the shield directly overhead collapsed and a maelstrom of theta particles poured through the gap.

He acted on instinct - and out of sheer bloody-minded terror. Throwing up his hands he used the Force to hold back the stream of theta particles, and with a shout of rage became one with the storm shield. Rejected the storm. He thought he could feel his blood bubbling. He was losing himself, disappearing within the scarlet vortex of the Force as it consumed him and transformed him into fire.

And there was his mother, whispering again. He can help you. He was meant to help you. Furious, Anakin stood alone against the storm.

Every alarm in the monitoring station was sounding. Devi pushed her antigrav harness to its limits as she flung herself from station to station.

"No, no, don't do that!" she shouted, slamming switches, hitting buttons. "Don't you dare!"

"Devi!" Obi-Wan yelled. "Tell me what I can do to..."

She flung out an arm, pointing toward the generator and storm-shield status board. "Glue your eyes to those gauges. We've got one shield generator down. If another goes it's over. We're all dead. I don't even know how the rest of the shield's still holding but I don't care. It's holding and that's all that matters!"

I know how. It's Anakin. May the Force protect him.

Sick with fear for him, Obi-Wan crossed to the status board and read off the gauges, even as his stomach churned and the bile rose in his throat.

Hold on, Anakin. I'll be there as soon as I can.

Because surely not even the Chosen One could hold back a theta storm on his own.

"It was the most awful thing I've ever seen," Qui-Gon had told him, so many years ago. "Theta storms kill in two ways, you see. If you're contaminated from a distance, well, it takes a long time to die. But if you are in the storm's path it will rip you to pieces and then melt your bones. I've seen it kill both ways, and both ways arc cruel. Better to be swallowed alive by a sarlacc."

The moment he set foot outside the power plant he turned toward Anakin - and felt his heart thud as he saw the gaping hole in the storm shield. Felt the furious concentration of power, of the Force, in that one small place as Anakin held back the storm's might.

And then he felt the gathered villagers, their numbers growing, their fear and astonishment mounting, as they watched the stranger from Voteb do a thing that should not be humanly possible.

Hold on, Anakin. Hold on.

He turned and Force-sprinted for the endangered refinery.

Anakin felt the explosion heartbeats before it happened. Sweating and trembling with the effort of holding back the theta storm, ignoring the villagers who'd come to see what was going on, he tried to send Obi-Wan a warning - but his mind was so bludgeoned by the quicksilver torment of keeping the raging storm at bay that he couldn't feel his former Master's presence.

And then the refinery went up like Coruscant fireworks on Republic Day.

Screams and shouts sounded as panic surged through the Force, bright and white and stunning. Vision smearing and blearing, Anakin sought in the crowd for Teeba Jaklin. She'd come from the charter house to see what the fuss was about and remained because she couldn't believe her own eyes.

"Jaklin! Teeba Jaklin!"

She pushed and shoved and swore her way to him through the jostling villagers who pointed and gasped and were beginning to break for the refinery.

"Yes, Markl?" She scowled. "If that's even your name."

"It's my name at the moment, " he said, his teeth gritted against the relentless pain of the storm. "Teeba Jaklin, please. Find Yavid for me. Make sure he's all right."

The explosion's echoes rolled around the village, trapped beneath the barely holding shield. The red storm-glow beyond it was matched by the red glow of leaping flames. The refinery was burning. He and Jaklin stared at each other as the rest of Torbel's people ran to help, shadows in the glare of the storm. Some headed for the artesian well, for water. Others made straight for the burning building full of raw damotite.

A chilling thought struck him. Was the mineral itself flammable? That smoke - was it a toxic cloud poised to poison every last man, woman, and child beneath the storm shield?

"Teeba Jaklin! Is there danger from the..."

Her eyes were full of fear. "Yes. Not drop-dead-on-the-spot trouble but even with our secret protection we'll all of us be sickly in the next few days." She looked up at the thrashing theta storm over their heads. "Unless that clears quick soon and we can down the shields so the smoke gets to blow clean away."

"Which..." He had to pause, to rebalance himself. The effort of fighting the storm was threatening to drive him to his knees. He'd started to breathe in harsh gasping pants. "Which is- worse? The theta particles- or the damotite- smoke?"

The question made her laugh grimly. "The storm - unless it doesn't clear and we're left breathing smoke for hours on end. Then we'll be likely done for whichever way you slice the bread."

Of course they would be. The universe had a stinking sense of humor.

"You need- to find Yavid," he gasped. "If he's- not hurt he- can help you."

The look on her face said she thought they were all beyond help. "I'll look for him. How much longer before you fail, Teeb?"

He didn't know. He didn't want to think about that. "I'm- all right. Go. Please." Another deep, shuddering breath. "Find Yavid."

They were alone now, save for the men working on the shield generator. Jaklin turned away from him. "Guyne! How soon before that generator's fixed?"

The oldest of the four feverishly tinkering men spared her a glance. "Going as fast as we can, Jaklin. Half the circuits are burned out. "

Anakin tightened his hold on the Force, feeling the seethe and surge of the storm like living fire. "I can- hold on, Teeba. Don't- worry- about me. Just go. Go!"

Half step by half step, Jaklin retreated. In the garish light her eyes were narrowed. A muscle worked along her jaw. "I know what you are, young Teeb. You're..."

"Not- now, " he said, almost groaning. "Please. Find Yavid. Tell him- I'll get there- soon as- I can. "

Instead of answering, she turned to look at Guyne one last time. "Could be our lives are with you now, old Teeb," she said, her voice cracking. "Don't you be letting us down."

His teeth showed briefly in his thin, seamed face. "Not planning to, old Teeba. Get on now. Rikkard'll have need of you."

Anakin took another rib-cracking breath. "Teeba..."

"I know," she snapped, retreating. "Yavid. I said I'd look, and I will. I'm an honest one - even if you aren't."

She broke into a flat-footed run. He watched her for a few short, uneven strides, feeling Guyne's measured stare.

Don't look at me, old man. Fix that generator, would you?

Anakin hurt so much now it would be easy just to... give in. Give up. Let go. But he couldn't do that. Hundreds of lives were depending on him. He had to stand here and take it until the generator was fixed - or his heart gave out. So he closed his eyes. Whether it made sense or not he always found it easier to focus his will when cocooned in darkness.

With sight denied him all his other senses leapt to keener life. The stink of the shield generator's scorched circuitry. The stink of burning damotite from the exploded refinery. The stink of his own sweat. He heard - felt - three more explosions. Smaller this time, in swift succession. There were shouts, sirens. Sounds and echoes drumming. The worst of the Force's insistent warning had faded, leaving him scoured hollow and stunned. Now all he felt in the Force was confusion, fear and pain. Everything he usually felt, no matter where he was. It was terrible and yet, in the strangest way, also comforting. He knew how to deal with that.

It was the unknown that made him nervous.

How long had he been standing here, holding back the storm? Probably less than an hour. It felt like days. Years. He didn't have much time before the choice of whether to let go or endure would be out of his hands. Even the Chosen One had limits.

He remembered himself as a small boy, boasting to Qui-Gon at his mother's rough table.

Has anyone ever seen a Podrace? I'm the only human who can do it.

And now he was probably the only Jedi who could turn himself into a living storm shield.

It isn't boasting. It's the truth. I've got a knack for beating the odds.

Now all he had to do was beat these odds for just a little bit longer…

Sweat pouring, heart pounding, dimly aware that he was burning himself out, Anakin clung to the Force like a child to its mother's hand. Time passed. He passed with it, in silence.

The other three men stepped back from the generator as Guyne, sore and sorry and tired, took a deep breath and reconnected the power supply. He flipped a series of switches, waited- waited- then activated the shield.

With a sizzling hum the storm shield came back online. Guyne and his three friends cheered, tiredly ecstatic... and Anakin slumped, falling boneless and graceless to the hard, dry ground.

He could feel himself shaking. Teeth chattering, lungs aching for air, he rolled on to his side and curled into a ball. His lightsaber, undiscovered, banged against his ribs as Torbel swung and spun around him. Vaguely he was aware of agitated voices calling his name and concerned hands poking and prodding to see if he was still in one piece. He couldn't say. He couldn't answer their anxious, shouted questions. He couldn't even tell if he was still hurting or if what he felt now was just the memory of pain. Only once before had he ever felt anything close to this, and that was on Geonosis, in the cave, after Dooku's savage Force lightning had come close to killing him. After a while... eons... the worst of the shuddering passed. He opened his eyes, uncurled his spine and looked up. Yes, Torbel had a storm shield - and it wasn't him. On the other side of the plasma the theta storm continued to spit radioactive rage.

Spit away. I don't care. You're not getting in.

He rolled onto his hands and knees and then levered himself upright. Reaching hands helped him, and he was grateful for that. Red and black spots danced before his eyes. He had to blink and blink to clear his vision.

"Steady there, young Teeb," said Guyne, holding tight to his elbow. "Went down hard, you did. Just you catch your breath."

"I'm all right," he said, and was startled to hear how raw his voice sounded. Staggering, he turned to look across the darkened village toward the refinery. The flames were dying down, and the smoke. But the air was still tainted and thick. He tried not to think about the poison he was sucking into his lungs.

He looked back at Guyne. "Stay here and keep an eye on that generator, Teeb. And if it looks like blowing again send for me. I'll come back."

In the shifting light the old villager's salt-gray eyebrows lifted. "Mighty sure of yourself you are, for a young Teeb," he said, very dry. "Never knew a Lanteeban farmer with your knack of taking charge. Never knew any farmer could hold back a theta storm, neither. Not with the power of his mind."

Behind him, his friends nodded agreement, a small knot of suspicion even though they were grateful.

Anakin sighed. "Teeb Guyne, we both know I'm not a farmer. Will you stay here?"

"We'll stay," said Guyne, nodding. "And if we're needful of a Jedi we'll know where to look."

Wonderful. Obi-Wan's going to kill me.

He had no hope of Force-sprinting his way to the ruined refinery. The vicious edge of his pain had dulled, but every bone and muscle and sinew still ached. His sense of the Force was fiercely dimmed... and how long it would take for his numb shock to subside he couldn't begin to guess. He'd never exhausted himself like this before.

Anakin, naturally, due to his current position in power grows well into and past the One's range of power, him now taking the Father's place with the Force now unrestrained, I hear often questions like 'If Anakin is far above the One's then how is Dooku competing with him?' and this is the reason, Dooku too is growing into the One's range after their death's,As seen above with Dooku later representing the entire Dark Side vs the Chosen One

Note that the One's cap anybody before them in T-Canon and G-Canon which is takes precedent over C-Canon regardless of out of universe dating, so the Ones being above anybody prior to them is absolute fact.

The way he talks about it and announces that he could walk on water implies this is power beyond anything he had ever felt, which would include his prior state of total oneness 3 years earlier and his Mortis amp 2 years earlier, but how can he be more powerful than in Oneness or on Mortis because he is drawing on ALL the power in those instances ? the reason for that is as outlined above, Anakin is the force, its grows with him and he grows into it.

Justin Lambros: What we wanted to do was expand upon ideas and scenes that were maybe cut short or just, you know, through the editing process don't appear very long in the film. G-Canon Episode III Concept Art depicts an alternate reality where those Jedi stayed in the Temple, and Anakin chokes out 3 of them without raising a hand, from the art this looks to be Saesee Tiin, Ki Adi Mundi and Kit Fisto, all being choked at the same time.

Vader fully immersed in his hatred and anger cuts down the separatists, bare in mind this is Anakin in his prime state, when he has all the power, but before all the confliction comes in and his dragon and clouding return. 

Killing the separatists completely eclipsed the light in him, with the Red Eye's that is Anakin in his prime (before confliction)

As Anakin's soul surrenders fully to the dark side, violent Mustafar seems to mirror his turmoil. Lefrani eclipses Mustafar's sun, just as Anakin's massacre of the Separatist Council eclipses the light of the Force within him. The violent eruptions of the lava rivers, when the repulsor fields are shutdown during his duel with Obi-Wan, seem almost driven by Anakin’s own pulsing hatred of everyone that he believes have conspired against him and thwarted his desires. Only in the deepest core of his being does he still treasure his love for Padmé.

Then Lucas says Anakin became 'all powerful' gathering all these new powers, he is powerful enough to be able to bring somebody back from the dead, which is unnatural Anakin is greater than ever as a Sith on Mustafar, he is more powerful than any Jedi ever dreamed of, Including himself prior to joining the Sith, who was already astronomically more powerful than any Jedi had ever dreamed of, he just needed another Month to learn how to apply that power he already has to save Padme.

he made a pact with the devil, to be able to become all powerful, but of course when he did that, she didn't want anything to do with him anymore, so he lost her, once you are powerful, being able to bring her back from the dead. It is likely that Anakin given this one month would be the Anakin that Lucas says is twice as powerful as Palpatine, the strongest he could possibly be, this seems likely because Anakin doubles from S6 - EPIII which is at the very most 6 months and the very least a few weeks (continuity dating is unclear in this period due to contradictions with TCW dating) so him doubling using the dark side which is a lot faster would take far less time, and he only needs to double again to be at his absolute max power, twice Palpatine, It is very likely Anakin is only a month away, and that is just a mental self mastery progression to immerse in his power etc.

It is this same level of power (being able to create life)  Lucas says is beyond the Sith, making them a 'Super-Sith" Anakin is at the level of the Super Sith concept. And then growing from there. and he is happy with that level of power, all his worries have gone away he can now save her, he is powerful enough, so all that dread about not being strong enough is now no longer an issue, he knows he is he is finally satisfied here.

Now, there’s a hint in the movie that there was a Sith lord who had the power to create life. But it’s left unsaid: Is Anakin a product of a super-Sith who influenced the midichlorians to create him

Keep in mind what we mentioned about Anakin and Palpatine's force bond, They share in power but Vader has an infinitely better vessel through which to channel such power, making him far more deadly than his Master, being able to pull all the force energy through his body to flow to the surface, which is why he can kill the Emperor, irrespective of any confliction or mental hindrance and gets his numerous Dark Sider supremacy quotes, all of Palpatine's (which I won't include here) can be applied to Anakin also due to this. Anakin is the strongest Sith because he is the corrupted Balance Power, the scourge of the galaxy.

MUSTAFAR DUEL

People often bring up the duel of Mustafar as reason to believe Anakin is not that strong and is only a peer of Obi-Wan, this could not be further from the truth, It is important to consider the context on Mustafar to understand how exactly Obi-Wan was able to come out on top, despite Anakin being the most powerful character in Star Wars, indeed this is even a question people over at LFL pondered over and have addressed several times. Firstly remember how we talked above in the Unlocking the Power section about how when Anakin free's himself from restrictions, from the fog, he can finally achieve a state of clarity to let all that is within out? Well on Mustafar, the fog returns, stronger than ever and although he may be more powerful in a raw sense on Mustafar, his ability to bring that power to bare and pull it through him is severely hindered because of his mental state, on top of other factors largely favoring Obi-Wan in their duel, which I will touch on. This iteration of Anakin is what is referred to as MFV, Mustfar Vader or as I prefer, Mentally Fucked Vader.

ANAKIN AND OBI-WAN'S FORCE BOND


Anakin and Obi-Wan share a bond built over the years, similar but different to the one I talked about above with Palpatine, they have a bond so deep and know each other's each and every move so well that they mold into a virtually unstoppable single warrior, they are one in battle, It is because of this, knowing his second half through and through, bonded through the Force with him that he is able to use that to his advantage, because of this Obi-Wan is the ONLY person who could beat Anakin.

MENTAL CONFLICTION

So we have Obi-Wan benefitting from the fact that he is fundamentally attuned to his former apprentice in a deep force bond, so much so they are described as two haves of a singularity, but on top of that we have the fact that Anakin is severally mentally hindered, Anakin's confliction first comes back on the landing platform, where he has a moment to think about all that he has done and it tears him up from the inside

Anakin on the balcony contemplating what he has done, this is the first time he actually has a chance to think about what it is that has happened, by himself, and, the tear here says that he knows what he's done, but he has now committed himself to a path, that he may not agree with but he is going to go on anyway, its the one moment that says he is self aware, that he's rationalising all his behaviour, he's doing terrible things, but in the end he really knows the truth, he knows that he's evil now and there's nothing he can do about it, its really the moment where I think the Pathos of getting stuck in that suit is real, if he had to do it over he probably wouldn't do it, but he cant stop it now, he kinda can see, the rest of the movie, not in terms of him being defeated by Obi-Wan, but in terms of him going down a path that Padme cant follow, and the consequence that's gonna have, the fact that he's gonna have to battle, he knows that that point this is all gonna end up in a fight between him and Obi-Wan, he knows that Padme may not buy into this new reality, and eventually she is gonna sort of find out the truth. He made a pact with the Devil and now he's become the Devil, but its not a joyful thing for him, its a sad thing

As Anakin's soul surrenders fully to the dark side, violent Mustafar seems to mirror his turmoil. Lefrani eclipses Mustafar's sun, just as Anakin's massacre of the Separatist Council eclipses the light of the Force within him. The violent eruptions of the lava rivers, when the repulsor fields are shutdown during his duel with Obi-Wan, seem almost driven by Anakin’s own pulsing hatred of everyone that he believes have conspired against him and thwarted his desires. Only in the deepest core of his being does he still treasure his love for Padmé.

Anakin is at a stage where he cannot control his power at all,

now he is assuming that she's in league with Obi-Wan, not necessarily in a love relationship or anything, but in the basis that they are both on one side of the path, going down one path and he's going down the other

One of the problems with Sith is that they are quick to anger this scene with her, it was very important that we sort of set it up to the point where he chokes her as he does with one of the Generals in Episode IV, but at the same time he doesn't kill her or anything, he just you know causes her to faint, but you get to see that flash of anger, that he now doesn't really have that much control over

The whole point of a jedi is that you can completely control your anger and now he's at a point where he cant control it at all, and its because of his need for control and power and being very upset when he doesn't have it

Now I wont compile every single quote here that says Anakin's power is diminished in the suit because It would probably double the length of this blog lol, but here are some main points to dispel this silly notion that Anakin keeps on growing past this blog, Vader in the suit is far less powerful, he has far less Midi-Chorian's to pull Cosmic Power into the Living Force he is a shadow of his former self

This source runs only up until the end of 4 ABY. Anakin's "peak of his powers" is "before his brutal defeat on Mustafar," not ROTJ. Note Head-to-Head itself was written by Star Wars official Pablo Hidalgo and officially published by Lucasfilm Licensing. While a “cabal of experts” gave their “ideas” on who wins at the end of the book, that is not presented as canonically binding, and Pablo even mocked their picks and said they “determine the winner through means mysterious." That doesn’t mean the pages Pablo wrote aren’t in-continuity. also, 'Jedi Knight' could very well just refer to a 'Jedi' in general not specifically the rank of 'Knight' so it could easily mean Prime Luke, in fact it seems almost likely
