My friend,

Revan was collapsing large structures and affecting massive objects with his telekinetics rather easily but the Imperial Guard was drawing from the power of Tenebrae to make Jedi powers a non-factor to him. Revan took care of the one blocking his path using his Lightsaber via Battle Precognition* regardless.

Each Imperial Guard was a match for a well-trained Jedi on his own - Tenebrae could make any nigh-immune to Jedi powers when near to him. This is why Lord Scourge and Meetra Surik had so much trouble dealing with these opponents - each had fought and killed Sith Lords otherwise.

*Revan's Battle Precognition was incredible by any measure - the Echani were also impressed.
