What does Ulic have going for him? An author quote that puts him above Luke or something like that. A cute feat of forcing the 3 jedi to struggle restraining him. Nothing compared to Vader's strength feats. Speed? Even that edge goes to Vader, It's basically a stomp

Ulic.
The level required to beat Vader for >5/10 is very begginer tier : TPM Kenobi and the likes.
I think Ulic might be above that.

Ulic gets r8ped. Vader would be toying with him the entire time. All 2 seconds.

Like he toyed with the "boy with few hours of training swinging a lightsaber" and defeated him in two seconds...?
Oh, wait that never happened.

"Ah you right, that is a good point. However, Vader wasn't trying to kill Luke. His goal was to turn him to the darkside, so insta kill force abuse and internal sht was off the table. He was forced to teach Luke a lesson. Besides, Vader defeated the boy eventually.
I admit, I exaggerated when I said 2 seconds, but Ulic get's slaughtered by Vader regardless."

@Marc Spector
Vader's goal was to imprison Luke in carbonite yet he was simply unable to. If he could have ragdolled him with TK and put him in there he would have. In fact, Luke fairs very well against Vader in the initial exchange of their duel by driving him back and putting him on the defence which was against Vader's wishes per the script. I can't seriously expect him to slaughter Ulic when he struggles with a barely trained padawan. The fact that he won eventually is of no consequence. It doesn't refute the idea that he was given a hard fight.

Im just saying, Vader has done many impressive things that outweigh is inability to easily handle Luke. So yes while Vader was unable to control Luke his many other feats show that he shouldn't have a problem with Ulic. Respect to Luke tho.
Clapped = killed
I dont appreciate the sarcasm, Master of the Foundry. I thought Id find something useful here. Itd be nice if I could find it with respect.
edit: also im not saying ulic < esb luke. i meant that vaders other feats suggest he can kill (clap) ulic. does that make any sense? if not, just let me know.

He disarms him in the first few seconds of their fight, but lets ignore that shall we.The Master of the Foundry wrote:@Marc Spector

The duel went on for minutes before Vader disarmed Luke...
