Legends have far higher ceiling as far as insane capabilities of lightsaber duelists go, particularly when their retarded superspeed is concerned, but also their strength to a considerable degree.

Yeah, not denying that, but in case of the Force you can go comparing individual characters's feats in telekinesis and stuff like that.

In terms of superhuman speed and strength it's obviously not depicted in 80% of the media (movies, games) and the insane physical capabilities are way more derived on inference and scaling, and also you have, like, every possible Force user scaling from that given even the depictions of basic military tech in Legends that every character makes contact with.
