It's literally an impossible thread as far as I know. I don't recall any source noting Tiin has his own, separate house, so that must be his private quarters in the Jedi Temple. Given we've seen how tiny private rooms are in the Jedi Temple, thanks to TCW and some comics (forgot the name; sorry, it's been 15 years since I read them), the 4 combatants, especially with huge Oppo, just can't fit in.
